Tulsy vs wearables: how Tulsy fits alongside your ring or watch

Wearables are good at measuring. Tulsy is built to interpret. You don't need a wearable to use Tulsy, but if you have one, the two can work together.

    What wearables do well

Rings, watches and bands collect data continuously and without effort: heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, steps and workouts. That passive, detailed data is their main strength.

    What Tulsy adds

Tulsy interprets signals in the context of female hormonal biology. A dip in HRV or a rise in resting heart rate is read against where you are in your cycle and your own 14-day baseline, not as a flat signal.

It also captures what a device cannot measure: mood, stress, digestion, symptoms and how you actually feel. Those feed the Energy Forecast, Longevity Reserve and Combined State, plus optional context from 36 biomarkers.

    What Tulsy does not do

Tulsy is not a device and does not measure heart rate, HRV or sleep stages itself. It relies on what you log and on data you choose to share from Apple Health or Google Fit.

    Using them together

If your wearable syncs to Apple Health or Google Fit, Tulsy can auto-fill steps and exercise from there, so you log less by hand. Keep your wearable for measurement and use Tulsy to connect that data with your cycle, symptoms and longer-term trends.
