The Tulsy Longevity Score.
The Tulsy Longevity Score, or TLS, is a single daily number built from up to six domains. Each domain is scored on its own from what you log and what your markers show, and those sub scores are averaged into one figure for the day. Domains you have not logged simply do not count against you, so the score reflects what is actually known rather than penalising gaps.
The point is not the number itself. It is having one consistent measure that lets you see how a week of poor sleep, a stressful stretch at work, or a change in nutrition shows up in your overall capacity.

Rather than asking you to interpret a raw figure, each day lands in one of four states. They describe capacity and readiness, not health status.
Thriving
Capacity is high across most domains. The body has room to take on load, train harder, or absorb a demanding week.
Balanced
Steady and sustainable. Nothing is being depleted faster than it is being replaced, which is where most good days sit.
Strained
One or more domains are drawing down. Output is still possible, but it is coming at a cost that will show up later.
Depleted
Reserves are low and recovery is the priority. Pushing through here tends to extend the recovery period rather than shorten it.
