By creating an account or using Tulsy AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Tulsy AI provides wellness and productivity intelligence. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical care. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or generated within the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or attempt to extract source code, prompts or model weights.
• Submit data for any individual other than yourself.
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Use the Service to make automated medical decisions or as the sole input to clinical care.

You retain ownership of the data you input. You grant Tulsy AI a limited, revocable licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not use your content to train AI models.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing and cancellation terms are presented at point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of abuse, fraud or activity that endangers the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulsy AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from health, lifestyle, or business decisions you make based on the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
